About

White building with red lighthouse under clear sky.

Pluribase is a youth-led organization focused on civic engagement and progressive politics. We believe young people should understand how democracy works and have the tools to be part of it. We give young people real experience in organizing, campaigns, and community work so they can take action.
We help campaigns engage young people through young people. Through our Rise Up Leader Cohort, we train leaders to enter progressive politics and learn how to use the tools used in real campaigns and organizing. We also run a bus tour to college campuses to talk with students about democracy and the importance of public service.

What does Pluribase actually do?

Pluribase works to educate, train, and support the next generation of leaders, especially young people interested in civic engagement and public service.

Why should you get involved?

Getting involved with Pluribase gives you the opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain real-world civic experience, and have a voice in shaping your community. It’s designed for people who don’t just want to learn about change—but actually participate in it.

What impact are we making?

Pluribase focuses on turning youth voices into real influence, helping young people engage in policy discussions, community organizing, and democratic processes. The goal is to build a generation of leaders who can create lasting, meaningful change in their communities.

How did Pluribase start?

Pluribase was founded by young leaders who saw a gap between youth voices and real political or community influence. It began as an effort to bridge that gap by creating programs that empower students and emerging leaders to actively participate in civic life.
